IdeaPost runs on a pay-as-you-go credit system — there are no recurring subscriptions. You buy credit packs (Post, Image, or Brand Studio credits) as one-time purchases. Credits never expire and stack on your balance. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits.
Cancellation Policy
MUSTAFA SIDDIQUE believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Because IdeaPost sells prepaid credits rather than subscriptions, the policy below applies to credit purchases:
There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Credits are bought as one-time packs. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy a pack.
Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded if you request it within 7 days of purchase and the credits from that pack have not been spent. Refunds are pro-rated to the credits still unused from that purchase.
Credits are never charged for failed generations. If a generation fails (model error, timeout, or moderation block), the credits are automatically refunded to your balance — you are never billed for output you didn't receive.
Credits that have already been spent on successfully delivered content are non-refundable, as AI output is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
In case of technical issues or service malfunctions, please report them to our Customer Service team within the same day of experiencing the issue. The request will be entertained once our technical team has verified the issue at their end.
If you feel delivered content is not as described or not as expected, bring it to our customer service within the same day of generation; our team will review and take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by the MUSTAFA SIDDIQUE, it'll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Refund Conditions
Unused credits from a pack may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase

Credits already spent on delivered AI content are non-refundable
Credits for failed generations are auto-refunded to your balance, not to your card
Technical service issues must be verified by our technical team before refund approval
